摘要
全面分析铲运机工作装置特点,将其分解为转斗机构和举升机构两大功能相对独立子机构,通过选取对工作装置性能影响最大的传动比为目标函数,以边界约束、性能约束、运动协调性约束、油缸稳定性约束、总体布置约束、干涉性约束等为条件,建立优化设计数学模型。
The author analyzes the working characteristics of a scraper completely, derides it into rotating bucket mechanism and lifting mechanism. And under the conditions such as boundary oonstraint,performance constraint,motion coordination constraint, cylinder stability oonstraint, whole arregement constraint,interference constraint etc,the author sets up optimization design mathematial models for the scraper by selecting transmission ratio which is the most influencial element to working performane as the object function.
