摘要
文章指出目前中药质量方面存在的主要问题是:中药材质量明显下降;饮片炮制研究滞后;中药制剂的质量控制方法落后。提出实现中药质量控制突破的方法是:多环节全程控制;多组分整体研究;化学检测指标应与生物活性相关。
The paper pointed out the main problems in the quality of Chinese crude drugs, such as decreasing in quality of Chinese crude drugs; falling behind in the processing of cut crude drugs and quality control method of Chinese drugs preparation. Some methods were proposed to control the quality of Chinese crude drugs, such as multi - links whole range control, multi - elements whole study, chemical examined targets should be relation with biological activity.
