醒脑通络胶囊质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Xingnaotongluo Capsule

目的：建立醒脑通络胶囊的质量标；隹，方法：采用TLC法对处方中川芎、冰片进行了定性鉴别，用HPLC法测定葛根素的含量。结果：定性鉴别专属性强，含量测定葛根素在0．210～1．050μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9998，平均回收率为99．63％，RSD％=1．08％。结论：该方法准确可靠，可有效的控制醒脑通络胶囊的质量。

Objective： To establish the quality standard of Xingnaotongluo capsule. Methods： TLC method was used to make a qualitation determination for Ghuanxiong, borneol in this prescription, HPLC method was used to determine the content of kakkanein. Results： The qualitation determination had strong specificity, kakkonein had a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 210 - 1. 050μg, r = 0. 9998, the average recovery was 99.73% with the RSD% of 0.59%. Conclusion： The method is accurate and reliable, can control the quality of Xingnaotongluo capsule effectively.
