HPLC法测定肾复康胶囊中大黄酚的含量研究

Determination of Chrysophanol in Shenfu Capsule With HPLC

目的：建立肾复康胶囊中大黄酚含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱（4．6mm×100mm），以甲醇：水（85：15）为流动相，流速：1．0ml／min，检测波长：254nm，柱温：30℃。结果：大黄酚在0．1645—5．2634μg／ml浓度范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9997，平均加样回收率为99．68％，RSD％为2．83％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便易行，结果准确可靠，适用于该制剂的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of chrysophanol in Shenfu capsule with HPLC. Method： HPLC method was used, it is consisted of chromato bar（4.6 mm × 100 mm） with menthanol - water（ 85 ：15 ） as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, the bar temperature was 30℃. Result： Chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 1645 -5.2634μg/ml, r =0. 9997, the average recovery was 99.68%, the RSD% was 2.83% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and feasible with accurate result, so it is fit for content determination of this preparation.
