抗病毒泡腾片中连翘苷的含量测定研究

Determination of Phillyrin in Anti-virus Effervescent Tablet

目的：建立抗病毒泡腾片中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用HHLC法，色谱柱C18柱温：室温；流动相：乙腈-水（25：75）；检测波长：277nm；流速：1．0ml／min。结果：回归方程：Y=2745．12614X-384．59877，r=0．99987。结果：表明连翘苷在28．5—228ng范围内具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率98．65％，RSD％=0．68％。结论：该方法准确可靠，重现性好，可用于抗病毒泡腾片荆的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of phillyrin in anti - virus effervescent tablet. Mehtods： The HPLC method was used with C18 chromato bar at room temperature, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -water（ 25 ： 75 ） with detection wavelength 277 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results： The regression equation was Y = 2745. 12614X- 384. 59877, r = 0. 99987, the result indicated that phiUyrin was a good linear relation at the range of 28.5 - 228 ng, the average recovery was 98.65% with RSD% = 0.68%. Conclusion： The method is reliable with good reproducibility, C-an be used as quality control for anti - virus effervescent tablet.
