Progress in Studies on Directional Osteoblastic Differentiation of MSCs Induced by Invigorating the Kidney

中医学认为:肾主骨,生髓。骨的生成,发育,强弱,盛衰均与肾有密切关系。众多研究表明补肾法能诱导骨髓间质干细胞定向成骨分化,骨髓间质干细胞是多能细胞,通过诱导可分化成为骨、软骨、脂肪、肌腱,这是用现代科学技术更完善地阐释补肾法的理论依据,对防治骨质疏松症,骨坏死,骨缺损等也有重大价值。

Traditional Chinese medicine consider that kidney control bone, produce marrow, bone formation, growth, powerful and weak, rise and fall all have intimate relationships with kidney. Many studies indicated that the method of invigorating the kidney can induce the mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs） intodirectional osteoblastic differentiation, MSCs are pluripotent cells, can be induced into bone, cartilage, fat and tendon, this is theoretical evidence to explain the method of invigorating the kidney with modem science and technology, there is great value for curing and preventing the osteoporosis, osteonecrosis or bone defect.
