江西民办高校班级管理问题初探

Exploration into the problems of management of classes of nongovernment-run colleges

通过对江西省五所民办高校的调查,发现当前江西民办高校班级管理工作中存在班导(班导:班主任与辅导员的统称)主导地位认识模糊、班导队伍稳定性弱、班集体凝聚力不强、学风建设亟待强化等诸多共性问题。应采取倡导系级管理者、班导、学生干部三位一体的班级管理模式、加强学生德育工作、倡导学风建设、营造和谐的班级氛围等措施加强班级管理工作。

By investigation into five nongovernment - run colleges of Jiangxi province, we found that the dominant positions of teachers in charge of classes and tutors are ambiguous, the stability of teachers in charge of classes and tutors is weak, the cohesion of class collective is not strong and learning style needs to be improved. We should advocate the three - in - one class management model （ that is, department manager, teacher in charge of class and tutor, student cadres）, strengthen students＇ethical work, advocate learning style building and build the class atmosphere.
