摘要
以N,N-双(2-羟乙基)正丁胺、正己胺、正庚胺和正辛胺作为再生纤维素膜的增塑剂.用红外光谱、差热分析以及力学性能测量研究了增塑后膜的结构与性能.实验表明,这4种二乙醇胺衍生物对纤维素膜具有较好的增塑作用,并且随碳原子数的增加,增塑效果下降,但增塑剂与纤维素分子间相互作用增强.经N,N-双(2-羟乙基)正己胺、正庚胺和正辛胺增塑的再生纤维素膜。
Four derivatives of diethanolamins,i.e.N,N bis(2 hydroxyethyl) butyl amine,hexyl amine,heptyl amine and octyl amine,were synthesized and used as the plasticizers of regenerated cellulose films.The structure and properties of plasticized films were studied by FT IR,DTA and mechanical property measurement.Experimental results showed that four derivatives of diethanolamine had good plasticization effect on the film.With increasing number of carbon atoms of plasticizers,the interaction between molecules of plasticizer and cellulose increased and plasticized by N,N bis(2 hydroxy ethyl) hexyl amine,heptyl amine and octyl amine was obviously higher than that of the film plasticized by glycerol.
