摘要
从不同慈善榜对中国企业捐赠排名的分析可以看出,企业的慈善行为有利于改善企业形象,增强企业的凝聚力,增加企业产品销量,从而更有利于企业的长远发展。中国企业承担包括慈善行为在内的企业社会责任不足,应该在企业内部培育强大的内在驱动力,把慈善行为纳入企业的发展战略规划,构建相应的慈善企业文化。
By analyzing the order of the names of China's enterprises which have made contribution to the charity organizations from various lists, the author points out that what the enterprises have done for charity is helpful to their images, rallying power and the quantity of goods sold, which, in turn, can benefit the long-term development of the enterprises. However, there still ties the problem that China's enterprises lack the social responsibifity, including the activities for charity, therefore, it is necessary that a kind of powerful driving force be set up inside the enterprises; charitable behaviors be brought into their enterprise plans of development strategy; corresponding corporate culture be built up.
