和谐社会理念对大学生思想政治教育的启示

Enlightenment of Idea of Harmonious Society to College Students

党的十六届四中全会提出构建"社会主义和谐社会"的新命题,这为加强和改进大学生思想政治教育指明了新的方向。新时期加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,应当以服务和谐社会建设为重要目标之一,必须坚持以人为本的理念,应动员全社会力量尽可能多地帮助大学生,尤其是困难学生群体,必须重视校园文化的重要育人功能,应把思想教育与心理健康教育结合起来。要确保这种理念落到实处,还需要构建大学生思想政治教育更加和谐的目标体系。

Constructing a socialistic harmonious society is the new strategic idea put forward in the 4th Plenary Session of Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which has shown clearly the new direction for reinforcing and improving college students＇ ideo- logical and political education. In the new age, reinforcing and improving college students＇ ideological and political education ought to be built for serving a harmonious society, persist in the idea of human -orientation; mobilize the whole society to help college students as far as possible; especially the ones with financial difficulties; focus on the important function of campus culture; combine ideological education with mental health education. It is necessary that a more harmonious goal system be built up for college students＇ ideological and political education to have this idea put into practice.
