摘要
以双长链烷基磷酸酯为脂质体膜材,聚季铵化合物为包覆材料制备了网络化脂质体,通过偏光显微镜观察了脂质体形态,研究了脂质体的制备方法、包封率及释药性能.
Deorganylation tendency between tri(2 benzofuryl) borane、tri(2 furyl) borane and tri(2 thienyl) borane with some β diketones (Acetylacetone、Dibenzoylmethane、Ferrocenoylacetone) was compared,and losing organyl group ability of the resulted diorganylboroium β diketonates in their EI MS reactions was observed also.The results indicated that Symbiosis among the rather soft heteroaryl units bonding to Boron atom renders its B—C bond resistant to the breakage,accordingly,the cleavage of 2 benzofuryl、2 furyl group as symbiotic ligands from boron atom is more difficult than 2 thienyl group as unsymbiotic ligand.
