液体粘性调速离合器实验加载与检测系统设计

摘要 基于液体粘性传动理论的液体粘性调速离合器(HVD),近年来在大功率、重载工况下的应用优势受到业内普遍认可与关注。本文介绍了一种用于液体粘性调速离合器模拟实验加载装置的组成及工作原理,并对模拟加载进行了力学分析;给出了实验系统参数检测与控制的实现方法,并对阻力矩检测原理进行了讨论。 The hydro-viscous driver (HVD) based on the liquld viscosity theory has been widely approved and focused on since its application dominance on large power and heavy-load work condition. The composition and operating principle of experiment analog loading device has been introduced and the analog loading has also been mechanical analysed in this paper; The detecting and controlling method of the experiment system is presented briefly and the testing principle of the moment of resistance of the system is discussed.
