摘要
对回转式贴标机取标段凸轮曲线进行了分析设计。首先根据工作原理建立了数学模型,然后从分析设计理论误差出发,提出了以虚拟样机技术作为辅助手段的贴标机凸轮轮廓曲线的参数化的设计算法.仿真结果表明了设计理论的正确性,这对于提高设计效率和设计多系列贴标机有一定的参考价值。
The design for the curve of picking-up cam was given on the basis of round labeling machine. Firstly, it established mathematical model according to the working principle; then from analyzing theoretical error of design, it put forward a parameterized design algorithm of labeling machine's cam by means of virtual prototype technology. Simulation result showed the correctness of the theory, this can improve design efficiency and means a certain value to the design of various labeling machine.
