摘要
随着数控技术水平的发展,对数控机床位置精度的要求越来越高。因此分析位置精度的影响因素,提高位置精度的检测水平,做好位置精度的误差补偿是当务之急。本文主要对这三方面展开讨论,为提高数控机床位置精度的测定提供了可靠的方法。
Along with the development of the technique level of Numerical control, the requirement on position accuracy of numerically controlled machine tools is becomes higher and higher. Therefore analytical impact factor of position accuracy, exaltation position accuracy of examination ability, and the error margin repair of position accuracy are urgent. This text mainly launches a discussion to these three aspects, for raising a number to control tool machine position accuracy to provide a basis.
