干燥处理对野生稻愈伤组织绿苗分化率和某些生化指标的影响

对４种野生稻愈伤组织进行了干燥处理，其中３种野生稻绿苗分化率得到不同程度的提高．干燥处理的愈伤组织中吲哚乙酸（ＩＡＡ）、水溶性蛋白（ＷＳＰ）水平明显下降，过氧化物酶同工酶活性升高．干燥处理可能是通过提高愈伤组织中过氧化物酶同工酶活性来降低ＩＡＡ含量，从而促使野生稻绿苗分化率的提高．

The pig pineal extracts have stimulative effects on the synthesis of nucleic acids and proteins in chicken oviducts and testes.The pineal extracts also enhance estradiol stimulation in the chicken oviducts and impair the estradiol inhibitive effect on the chicken testes.The synergical effects of the pineal extracts and the estradiol can accelerate the protein synthesis in the chicken pineal.The effect of diethylstilbestrol on the metabolism of the chicken reproductive organs is not entirely identical with that of the estradiol.
