转炉炉壳温度场的有限元模拟 被引量:5

摘要 目前,钢主要通过转炉生产,炉壳的寿命直接影响钢厂的生产效率和成本.炉壳寿命主要取决于其应力水平.炉壳工作中承受的应力主要是由于热膨胀和温度不均引起的热应力。定量分析热应力的首要前提是确定部件的温度场,在温度场的基础上才能进行热应力的求解。本文应用有限元数值计算软件,对转炉的温度场进行了数值模拟,仿真结果对进一步分析炉壳热应力提供了坚实的理论基础。 At present time, steel is mostly produced by BOF, the life-span of BOF shell directly affect efficiency and cost of steel mill, but this is de cided by the stress level , thermal expansion stress and temperature difference stress function BOF shell when it is tasking. When to make quantitative analysis, thermal- stress is the first precondition, the temperature field can be conducted on the basis of the thermal stress solution. With help of FEM, temperature field of BOF can been obtained through numerical simulation. The result supplies substantial theoretical basis for further analysis thermal-stress of BOF shell.
