摘要 本文介绍了将802D数控系统应用于激光加工机床数字化改造的设计思想与方法;并介绍了系统的整体结构以及各部分的功能。另外,结合实际应用情况设计了系统的抗干扰措施。经实践证明,采用具有PROFIBUS总线的SINUMERIK802D数控系统改造的激光加工机床,提高了信号的传输稳定性,减少维护机床的工作量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In this paper, we introduce the design idea and methods that 802D numerical control system was applied to numerical reconstructing of a laser machine tool, and introduce system configuration and function of every part. Otherwise, in according to practical application, the anti-jamming methods were designed. With 802d system of PROFIBUS bus, it was proved that after reconstructed laser machine tool was used, the transfer stability of a signal was improved, the workload of maintaining machine tool was decreased, and the good economic benefit and social benefit were received.
