摘要
以湖北白猪为受体,杜洛克为供体进行了猪卵核移植的研究.结果表明,半胱氨酸对卵具有保护作用;卵龄对核移植效率有显著影响,以42~48h为宜;激活后卵母细胞做受体可提高移核胚的发育率;供体核发育期对移核胚的发育有显著影响.核移植后的重组胚移入受体后,经体内发育得到了5只核移植仔猪.
Some study results are reported.They are about the alcohol continuous fermentation and continunous separation that have been done in the process of alcohol fermented with the membrane bioreator which consists of fermenting trough,and PV apparatuses.In our study,glucose is chosen as raw material,and alcohol is fermented by active yeast while it is separated by PV.It turns out that the concentration of the permeated alcohol steadies above 75% when the concentration of the alcohol which is from the fermenting liquid is about 5% after over 48 h continuous fermentation and separation.This experiment shows that,using this kind of membrane bioreactor,aicohol can be fermented continuously and successfully,in the meantime,we can attain a very high effect on the continuous separation of alcohol.
