2型糖尿病患者心率变异性时域指标与肾病的关系 被引量:1

摘要 研究了正常白蛋白尿(n=113,NAU)、微量白蛋白尿(n=107,MAU)和临床白蛋白尿(n=88,CAU)2型糖尿病患者,发现:CAU组心率变异时域指标(SDNN,SDANN,SDNNI)高于NAU和MAU组。 The study of time domain HRV indices by 24-h Holter recording in T2DM with normal (n=113 ,NAU),micro-(n= 107, MAU) and clinical(n= 88, CAU)urinary albumin excretion showed that CAU group had the higher time domain indexes of SDNN, SDANN, SDNNI in heart rate variability as compared with groups of NAU and MAU.
