摘要
发展和谐劳动关系是工会工作的主线,必须根据和谐劳动关系的内涵和特征,针对制约劳动关系和谐发展的不利因素,建立劳资合作共谋发展的八大机制,构建一个培育中国特色社会主义新型劳动关系健康成长的良好氛围。
