摘要
当前,非公企业工公主席职业化,已成为我们探索增强基层工会活动重要组成部分。职业化工会主席能否树立正确的职业观、政绩观,就成为进一步增强基层工会工作活动的一个重要环节。本文从建立相应的考核评价与激励约束机制方面,就此问题进行了探讨研究。
It has become the main task for the Trade Union to strengthen the management of professionalization of the presidents in the non -public companies nowadays. Thus, the presidents'abilities to establish the correct concepts of career and administrative achievements are a crucial circle to further strengthen the vitality of the local level Trade Union. This thesis discusses this topic from the point of view by evaluating the professionalized president of the Trade Union and the insoiration of the regulating mechanism
