An Analysis of the Living Predicament of the Female Migrant Rural Workers in the Urban

女性农民工是农民工队伍中的弱者,其城市生存困境表现在其就业方式、职业层次、职业风险、社会地位、社交情感等多方面,解决这些问题的根本措施是要彻底改革城乡分割的社会结构,完善社会保障制度,规范劳动力市场,同时提高女性农民工的自身素质。

The female migrant rural workers are the weaker part of the whole group of migrant rural workers. The living predicament of this group is shown as their ways, status, and risks of employment, their soeial status and their mood during the social intercourse. The basic measures to solve theses problems are to ehange the separation between urban and rural thoroughly, improve social security system, standardize the labor market and meanwhile enhance the qualities of the female migrant rural workers.
