摘要
非公企业女职工的劳动保护实施存在着若干障碍。有经济原因,更有社会原因。除了提高女职工的自我保护能力外,落实政府监督职能,促使企业业主"增强"法律意识是更为重要的解决途径。
There are obstacles when implementing the protection for the female workers in the non -public companies. The reasons are various, such as the economical and the social causes. Besides to improve the self - defense ability of the female workers, the government's supervisal function is the most important way to enhance the employers's awareness of the law.
