气候变化已成为当今科学界、各国政府和社会公众普遍关注的环境问题之一,气候变化可能对生态系统和社会经济产生灾难性的影响。评价全球气候变化对水资源及水文条件的影响显得非常迫切。本文回顾了全球气候变化对水文水资源影响的研究进展,总结了其发展趋势,进一步分析了我国在这方面的研究进展,在此基础上,提出了主要问题及未来的发展趋势。

The climatic change has become one of the universal attention environment questions to scientific circles, governments and social public. The climatic change possibly has the disaster influence to the ecosystem and the social economy. Appraising the global climatic change effect on water resources and hydrology condition influence appears extremely urgently. This paper re- viewed the research progress in global climatic change effect on hydrology and water resources, summarized its development tendency, and further analyzed our country research progress, based on this, put forward the main question and the future development tendency.
