Reasonable utilization of the soil and water resources in Yinchuan Plain

论述了银川引黄灌区土地资源利用条件及其特点,阐明了银川平原具有丰富的荒地资源,在未来经济发展中有重要作用,对区内水资源的开发利用,特别是对引水灌溉和开发利用地下水资源的关系进行了深入分析讨论,最后论述了水土资源合理利用的途径。

This article has exhaustively discussed the using conditions and the characteristics of the land resources in Ningxia Irrigation District intake of water by Yellow River, and expounded the important function in the economic development in future because there are much more waste- lands in Yinchuan Plain. The development and utilization of water resources were analyzed deeply, especially to the relationship between intake water for irrigation and development and use of ground water, at last, the methods of reasonable utilization of the soil and water resources in this article.
