摘要
目的比较两种粒度的紫河车粉的性状及放射免疫指标。方法分别以常规粉碎及低温超细微粉碎法,得两种不同粒度的粉末,采用电镜扫描观测其特征,并采用放射免疫法测定两种粒度的紫河车粉中的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾丸酮(T)含量。结果两种粉末的电镜扫描结果有显著不同,免疫检测普通细粉中的激素含量分别为HCG:239.86 mU.mL-1,E2:1134 pg.mL-1,P:9.02 ng.mL-1,T:0.98 ng.mL-1;超细粉的激素含量分别为HCG:375.18 mU.mL-1,E2:1 721 pg.mL-1,P:21.07 ng.mL-1,T:1.27 ng.mL-1。结论超细粉的电镜扫描其超细微的特征明显,各放射免疫指标明显高于普通细粉。
Objective To compare the character and radio-immunity indexes of two kinds of grade size placenta hominis powder. Methods Two kinds of different powder were produced by the ways of routine crash and hypothermy super minute crash, and scanning electron microscope was used to observe the character. The contents of human chorionic gonadotrophin ( HCG), estradiol ( E2 ), progesterone (P) and testosterone (T) were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The results of the scanning electron microscopy on two kinds of powder were significantly different, the contents of hormones in common powder were HCG:239.86 mU · mL^-1,E2: 1 134 pg · mL^-1,P: 9. 02 ng· mL^-1,T: 0.98 ng· mL^-1, and in micropowder they are HCG:375.18 mU · mL^-1 ,E2 : 1 721 pg · mL^-1 ,P: 21.07 ng· mL^-1 ,T: 1.27 ng· mL^-1, The character of micropowder is prominent by scanning electron microscopy, and the indexes of radio significantly higher than those of the common powder.
