摘要 采用单块非平面环形激光器的本地振荡器、种子注入高重复频率Q开关Nd∶YAG激光器的功率振荡器、振镜扫描偏转和光学接收装置、控制和显示等部件构成固体相干成像激光雷达实验装置.利用该装置对目标进行了距离成像和速度测量实验.在图像分辨力为64×64时,获得了成像速度为8fps的目标距离图像.速度测量平均误差为6 %. A coherent solid-state laser radar system is described. The system consists of an injection locked Qswitched Nd : YAG laser with high repetition frequency as ladar transmitter, two reflecting mirrors to steer the laser beam horizontally and vertically, transmission and receiving telescopes, a monolithic single frequency ring laser as local oscillator, controlling and displaying units. Ranging images are obtained with 64X 64 resolution and refreshing time of 8 seconds. The velocity of the moving object is resolved by measuring the Doppler shift of the reflected light with respect to the local oscillation. The maximum error of the velocity measurement is 6%.
