摘要
目前中国学生英语正式、非正式语气习得过程是英语基础阶段、高级阶段教学尚未全面研究的领域。学生对英语主观情态领域中最基本的两种语气的习得把握是衡量其英语水平的标准之一,也应是英语教学的重要目标之一。本研究通过实证测试,对比不同阶段学生正式、非正式英语语气的差异情况,初步描述学生的习得过程,分析差异产生的原因在于非母语教师的教学输入、学习者的学习策略、交际策略、自身文化等因素的影响并讨论其在教学上的指导意义。
As a necessary request in basic and advanced English teaching, the study of the Chinese students' acquisition on English formal/informal expressions has not been fully developed yet. Chinese students' acquisition on these two basic moods in the field of English modality system can be considered as an evaluating standard of their English language proficiency, and it's also one of the important English teaching targets. This paper describes the differences among the Chinese students' acquiring English formal/informal expressions through reasons which may be caused by the non-native English teachers' teaching a paper testing, then it analyzes the possible input or the learners' learning and communicative strategies or their own cultural factors, etc., and finally points out the significance on English teaching in China.
