机器视觉在往复式索道运行控制中的应用

摘要 为使往复式索道客车在指定的距离内实现减速,防止"客车冲站",达到安全运行的目的,运用机器视觉技术提供了一种客车进站减速控制的新方法。该方法选用HSV颜色模型作为客车颜色判别的特征空间,充分利用颜色信息,快速实现对客车是否达到进站减速位置的判定,进而驱动外接设备实现客车减速。实践证明,该方法可快速精确地实现客车自动减速,运行稳定可靠;维护方便且可视化,较传统减速控制方法有较大优越性;可以自动记录客车进站时间与次数,同时实现对客车运行环境中重点设施的监控,便于监管。 This paper introduces a new approach based on machine vision for deceleration control in order to make a cable car decelerate on a certain position and to enter the station more safely. Whether a cable car is on the position is determined by the color information based on HSV. It is proved that a cable car can decelerate automatically and accurately by this approach. It is superior to some traditional approaches for some of its properties such as convenient maintenance and surveillance. The time and frequencies can be recorded automatically by this approach, and some important facihties can also be sunveilled and administered.
