摘要
回顾了国内快淬钕铁硼磁粉及其核心生产技术——电弧重熔溢流快淬和晶化热处理工艺技术以及装备的发展历程:材料组分中锆(Zr)的加入是国内快淬钕铁硼磁粉批量生产的基础;辊轮材质和结构改进是电弧重熔溢流法诸多改进的核心;而晶化热处理由静态向动态的转变是快淬钕铁硼磁粉生产工艺技术的又一重要发展。由此真正实现了国内快淬钕铁硼磁粉的规模化生产。
This paper reviewed the development of rapidly quenched NdFeB powder and its key production technology, the electric arc-remelting overflow quick quenching and the annealling technology as well as the equipment. The zirconium (Zr) addition is the foundation of domestic mass production of rapidly quenched NdFeB powder; the improvement on roller material and structure is the key one in all improvements; and annealling technology changing from static to dynamic state is another important development. All these improvements contribute to the domestic mass production of rapidly quenched NdFeB magnetic powder.
