摘要
如何在新时期实现林业又好又快的发展,深化巩固现阶段林改所取得的成绩,配套改革尤为重要。本文就森林资源管理、林业投融资、林业社会化服务管理以及科技创新改革等方面进行论述分析,提出了一些看法与建议。
In order to realize the forestry＇s good and fast development in new stage, deepen and consolidate the achievement obtained in the forestry propery right system reform at the present stage, backup reform is particular important. Forest resource management, forestry investment and financing, forest socialization serve management, innovation and reform of science and technique were stated and analyzed in this paper. Some regards and suggestions were put forward.
