Research and realization of dynamical testing system based on sigma-delta technology

摘要 文章分析了Σ-Δ(sigma-delta)A/D的动态特性,提出基于Σ-ΔADC 1271及浮点DSP的高精度多通道实时动态测试与分析系统。系统具有24位采集精度,8通道基本模块,实时Zoom-FFT、功率谱等分析功能及高速USB2.0数据传输功能,用于振动、噪声等高精度实时同步测试与分析系统中,可取代国外最新产品。 This paper analyses the dynamical characteristic of A/D converter based on ∑-△ (sigma-delta), proposes of a testing and analytical system based on ∑-△ ADC 1271 and DSP 6713, which implements multi-channels dynamical testing and analytical performances with 24bits data width, 8 channels, real time zoom-FFT, spectral analysis and data transmittion in the form of USB2.0 with computer. It can be used in vibration and noise testing and analytical system with requirement of high precision and real-time monitor. It can replace newly foreign one.
