Negative Elements Responsible for Surface Quality of Spiral Weld Pipe and Relevant Countermeasures

螺旋焊管的表面质量与其内在质量同样是焊管质量的重要保证因素。分析了螺旋焊管表面质量的影响因素,包括焊道外观质量、管体压痕、"噘嘴"、"塌腰"等,以及这些因素的产生原因。提出了有效改善焊管表面质量的措施。

The surface quality of the spiral weld pipe is as so critieal a quality assurance element as its interior quality. The elements as negatively influencing surface quality of the spiral weld pipe are analyzed, including weld seam apparent quality, impression on pipe body, sticking up and collapse, etc., and the causes for these elemerits are also discussed. Accordingly, countermeasures are proposed to improve the apparent quality of the weld pipe.
