摘要
本文分析了目前生态环境保护中存在的主要问题,提出通过加大环保执法力度、转变发展理念等一系列有效措施,进而实现"十一五"环境保护目标。
The major existing problems of ecological environment protection are analyzed, and a series of effective measures such as strengthening law enforcement of environmental protection and transforming development beliefs are put forward, in order to realize the objecfives of ＂tenth five - year planning＂ of environmental protection.
