摘要
公路建设施工期、营运期对生态环境会造成严重的不良影响。根据生态环境的评价范围、标准、内容,正确评价其对生态环境的影响,采取有效防范措施,使其影响限制在最小范围内,这对我区公路项目建设前期工作有一定的指导意义。
The highway construction activities during construction stage and operation stage can cause serious negative impacts on ecologicalenvlronment. According to assessment scales, standards, contents of ecological environment, the impacts of ecological environment should be assessed correctly, taking effective measures to minimize the impacts. It is certain guideline to regalarize the preparatory tasks, of highway construction projects in Inner Mongolia.
