摘要 为规划大批量定制设计进程,通过将产品平台定义为平台参数、定制参数和模块,提出了由产品族规划与产品族建模构成的产品平台规划进程,并根据客户需求变化类型及客户化程度的不同,对定制设计作了横向、纵向和综合的层次性分类,并据此进一步提出了基于产品平台的纵向定制设计进程。该设计进程在浙江省某摩托车制动器厂的信息化实践中得到了有效应用。 To plan design process of mass customization, the product platform was defined as platform parameters, individual parameters and modules, then planning process of product platform was proposed which was composed of product family planning and product family modeling. In accordance with customers" requirements types and different individual degrees, customization design was classified as three types of transverse customization design, longitudi- nal customization design and synthesis customization design. According to this classification, the process of longitudinal customization design was advanced. The whole design process was put into practice in a motorcycle-hydraulicdisk brake enterprise, and proved to be effective.
