工业分层递阶控制中Petri网协调器的设计与实现

摘要 分层递阶控制结构虽已被广泛应用于工业控制实践中,但因其刚性的多层结构往往难以适应现代工业控制中多任务集成化和协调控制的要求。为此,提出了在工业过程分层递阶控制中采用扩展Petri网实现协调功能的方案,设计开发了可集成于工业组态系统中的EPN-Tool控件,它能够实现从控制逻辑到控制指令序列的直接转换,从而达到协调操作任务的目的。以工业聚丙烯生产开车过程为实例,给出了扩展Petri网协调器的设计和实现方法,并且在仿真平台上进行了实验,证明了该方案的可行性和有效性。 Although hierarchical control structure was widely used in industrial control practice, its rigid structure with multiple levels couldn't satisfy the increasing demands on task coordination and integration in modern industries. To deal with this problem, a method using an extended Petri net to coordinate tasks in hierarchical control structure was proposed. EPN-Tool, an ActiveX control tool was developed, which could be integrated into industrial configuration software and transfer the control logics to command sequences directly as well as coordinate operational tasks. An application example of start-up process of polypropylene production was used to illustrate the design and implementation method of the Petri-net-based coordinator. Simulation experiments revealed that this strategy was feasible and effective.
