摘要
为实现自动化的装配序列规划,提出了一种应用面向对象和Petri网技术定义的产品装配模型。该模型由静态模型和动态模型构成。基于模型定义,提出了局部装配可行性的判定依据,并据此建立了一种基于静态模型的动态模型构造算法。该算法通过逐层分析可能状态的变迁,最终获得装配体所有几何可行的装配序列。通过实例验证了该建模方法的有效性。
To realize automatic process Assembly Sequence Planning (ASP), a Product Assembly Model (PAM) was proposed which was oriented to Object-Oriented and Petri net technologies. PAM was composed of static model and dynamic model. Some criteria for estimating local assembly feasibility based on model definition were also presented, and according to these criteria, an algorithm to construct dynamic model based on static model was put forward. In this algorithm, all feasible status and transitions were analyzed layer by layer, and finally all geometrically feasible assembly sequences could be obtained. Finally, an assembly case was used to illustrate the principles and the validity of the algorithm.
