摘要
传统质量功能配置中,通常存在顾客需求重要度的确定具有主观性强、准确性差的问题。为此,提出了基于灰关联分析的质量功能配置方法。该方法通过灰关联对顾客需求重要度进行排序,根据顾客需求间的序关系确定顾客需求重要度,用灰关联矩阵代替质量屋中的关系矩阵,具有简单、客观的特点,为产品质量功能配置过程中关键措施和瓶颈技术的确定提供了更加科学的依据。
Traditional Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was characterized by its high subjectivity and low accuracy. To deal with this problem, a new QFD method based on grey relational analysis was presented. The importance of customer requirements was defined by sequence relationships between various requirements, and then it was sequenced by grey relational grade. Relation matrix of House of Quality (HOQ) was replaced by the grey relational matrix which was simple and objective. It provided scientific basis for search process of key engineering measures and bottleneck measures.
