摘要
商标法是社会商品经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。近代中国商标法在逐渐吸收和融合外域法律文化的某些因素,开始新的商标法律体系的整合、重建过程的同时,也由此踏上了一条现代化历史发展的必由之路,其发展历史大致经历了启蒙期、草创期、成熟期和改良期。
Trademark law is the inevitable outcome in certain stage of the society of merehandise. The trademark law of modern China has stepped into the way of historical development of modernization during its process of absorbing and integrating the legal culture from external area to integrate and reconstruet a new suitable system of trademark law. It experiences the enlightenment period, starting period, mature period, and the improved period in its way of development.
