试论《孟子》主体性人格的培养及其现代教育启示

摘要 随着21世纪的到来,人类社会业已进入知识经济的时代。时代呼唤着人的主体性,人们也殷切期望教育能弘扬人的主体性,能生成新时代条件下的主体性人格。中国传统教育中《孟子》的道德主体性人格的教育理念和培养模式,对当今社会以占有性为特征的主体性人格的重构具有某种内在的启示意义。现时代背景下的主体性人格培养应以人内在价值体现的道德人格培养为导向,以人外在价值体现的科学理性人格的培养为主题。 With the coming of the 21st century, the human society stepped into the era of knowledge and economy, it is calling for the subjective of human being, and people also expect education can promote human subjectivity to generate a suitable subjective personality under the new era. Explore and analyze the educational ideas on subjective personality showing in the Chinese classical book of Meneius is to find out an inspiration to the current subjective personality which shows in the way of possession. Thinks that the cultivate mode in the new era should be orientated by moral personality, and lies in the personality of scientific rationality.
