摘要
研究了镀液主要成份、工艺条件与镀层镍含量、电流效率的关系,合成了一种添加剂TD,获得同基体结合好、光亮的、高耐蚀性的锌镍(12%~13Wt%)合金镀层,并对添加剂的作用机理进行了探讨。
The effect of bath composition and operating conditions on nickel content of electrodeposits and current efficiency in electroplating was described.An additive TD was synthesized and its action-mechanism was studied. Bright, cohesive and high corrosion -resistant alloy deposits were obtained.
