Establishment of callus induction and regeneration of Codonopsis convolvulacea Kurz

以鸡蛋参为外植体进行了愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的研究,筛选出了适宜的愈伤组织诱导和生根的培养基.结果表明,最适的愈伤组织诱导培养基为:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L;最适的生根培养基为:1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L.

Codonopsis convolvulacea was used as the materials. The research was conducted on inducement callus and plantlet regeneration. The medium of inducement callus and plantlet regeneration were screened. The result showed that the optimum inducement medium of the callus was MS＋6 BA 1.0 mg/L＋IBA 0.5 mg/L and the optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS＋NAA 1.0 mg/L＋IBA 1.0 mg/L.
