北方春小麦抗蚜水平与形态特征的相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 选用田间蚜量比值法评价抗蚜水平不同的12个春小麦品种,对其叶色、叶毛长度、叶毛密度、叶面积、蜡质、株高、芒长、穗密度、分蘖9个形态指标与抗蚜水平关系进行了研究.结果表明:在麦蚜发生的高峰期,小麦叶色、叶毛长度、叶毛密度、蜡质含量和穗密度都与抗蚜性呈显著负相关,旗叶面积和株高分别与抗蚜性呈极显著和显著正相关,芒长和分蘖与抗蚜性无显著相关性.相关系数分析表明:蜡质含量、旗叶面积、穗密度和株高与小麦抗蚜性的关系密切. The method of aphid number ratio was adopted to evaluate resistance of 12 varieties of spring wheat against aphids. The assay was conducted on the relationship between resistance level and the leaf color,the leaf hair length,the leaf hair density,the leaf area,lardaceous,the plant height, the awn long,the spike density,the tiller numbers. In wheat aphids growing peak stage, a significant negatively correlation was found between resistance level and leaf color,leaf hair length,leaf hair density, lardaceous content and spike density. A remarkable positive correlation was noticed between resistance level and the area of flag leaf and the plant height. No difference was found between resistance level and the awn length and the tiller numbers. The correlative coefficient indicated that a closer relationship of resistance level was related with the lardaceous content,the area of flag leaf,the spike density and the plant height.
