啮合型同向旋转双螺杆挤出螺槽非充满的熔融理论研究 Ⅰ.理论模型

摘要 利用全程透明视窗双螺杆挤出机的大量可视化挤出动态实验观察,建立了描述啮合型同向旋转双螺杆挤出的非充满熔融的理论模型。首次提出了聚合物材料熔融过程的两相柱团、固相高度变化函数及液相增长速率的概念,较为真实地刻画了聚合物在同向旋转双螺杆挤出中非充满螺槽的熔融行为。 Based on the results of using visual study with a special successive transparent glass windows twin screw extruder, the physical model and mathematical model of melting process filled partially of intermeshing co rotating twin screw extrusion were established firstly by the authers. Some new concepts are proposed, such as two phases column group of solid and melt of channels filled partially, the function of solid height which are different from that of single screw extrusion. And the calculative formulas of melting process are deduced.
