注射成型中聚合物熔体应力分布的研究

摘要 对聚苯乙烯在注射成型过程中全展区的熔体进行了应力分布的研究,计算结果与理论预测值和实验值具有较好的一致性。 Numerical simulations are carried out for PS melt in fully developed flow of injection molding. The constitutive model employed is a White Metzner fluid, with a viscosity and single relaxation time, both of which are shear thinning, temperature thinning. The emphasis is on determining the normal stress difference and shear stress distributions and comparing it with experimental results that have appeared in the literature. The material parameters have been obtained by fitting experimental viscosity. The numerical simulations are performed for a shear rates range that is from 10 -2 s -1 to 10 2 s -1 . These calculation results are good agreement with the experimental patterns. The presented study is to take account of practical problems of serious industrial and to provide direct assistance to improve the manufacturing process.
