经直肠彩色多普勒超声对前列腺癌的诊断研究

Diagnostic value on prostatic carcinoma by transrectal color Doppler flow imaging

目的:评价经直肠彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)诊断前列腺癌的临床价值。方法:应用经直肠彩色多普勒超声对30例前列腺癌进行观察。结果:前列腺癌在超声声像图上可表现为单纯结节型、结节浸润型及弥漫浸润型三种改变。前列腺癌体积增大,结节以低回声为主,多分布于外腺且双侧不对称。前列腺癌的血流丰富,阻力指数RI>0.75,则高度怀疑前列腺癌。结论:经直肠彩色多普勒超声能提高前列腺癌的诊断准确率,可作为前列腺癌的一种普查和常规检查方法。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of transrectal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing prostatic carcinoma （PCA）. Methods ：Thirty PCA patients were detected to observe the prostatic volume , echo of nodules and the resistance index（RI） by transrectal color Doppler ultrasound. Results：The ultrasonic signs of prostatic carcinoma could be classified as focal nodular type, nodule - infiltrative type and diffuse infiltrative type. The average vol- ume of PCA was enlarged and nodules which were mostly distributed in outer gland were hypoechoic and the prostate gland was asymmetric bilateral sides. PCA had rich arterial blood supply and the resistance indexs（RI） were higher than 0.75. Conclusion：Transrectal ultrasound color Doppler image is an effective method to increase the predictive rate of the prostatic carcinoma. Transrectal ultrasound can be served as a survey and routine method for diagrosis of the prostatic carcinoma.
