骨肉瘤患者家属心理反应及需求的调查研究

Investigations of psychological reactions and requirements of the family of osteosarcoma patients

目的:探讨骨肉瘤患者家属的心理反应及心理需求,为临床医疗护理工作提供参考依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法,对100例骨肉瘤患者的父母进行心理反应测定及心理需求调查。结果:患者父母心理反应包括:对治疗方法不了解、担心肿瘤复发或转移、担心截肢致残、不了解疾病、担心经济问题、担心子女丧失面对未来生活的信心等焦虑出现,与常模比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。心理需求包括:希望医护人员以最好的医术就治患者、医生多解释病情、及时通报病情变化、帮助患者树立生活信心、多查访、有耐心。结论:治疗骨肉瘤患者的同时要注重患者父母的心理反应以及心理需求,给予家属早期心理干预,积极沟通,多形式的健康知识教育,使患者父母了解骨肉瘤疾病及相关知识,消除紧张、焦虑、甚至抑郁等负性心理,营造积极乐观的氛围。

Objective：To investigate the psychological reactions and requirements of the families of osteosarcoma patients. Methods： The parents of 100 patients with osteosarcoma who received treatment in our department from 2003 to 2007 were surveyed on their psychological reactions and requirements. Results： The main psychological reactions in parents of patients with osteosarcoma were as follows： unawareness of therapy methods, worryness about the recurrence and metastasis of the tumor, worryness about ambulation and the consequential disability, unawareness of the disease, economic problem, worryness about their children losing confidence to face up with their future. The anxiety score was significantly higher than that of control （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The psychological requirements included ： best care and treatment for their children, more communication with doctors and more information about the disease, quick inform about the change in the status of the patients, helping the patients to establish confidence in their future life, more frequent check sickbed, more patience from the medical personnel. Conclusion： tt is necessary to pay attention to the psychological reactions and requirements of their parents when we treat patients with osteosarcoma. Early psychological intervention, active communication and education in health knowledge can release the nerverse anxiety and depress in the parents of patients with osteosarcoma.
