摘要
通过功能多样性和设备多样性来避免共模故障是核电站仪控设计的基本原则之一,核电站新建和改造工程采用的分散控制系统(DCS)在多样性保护控制实现方式上有很大的变化。介绍了核电站多样性保护控制的基本要求和技术特点,阐述了反应堆保护专设安全系统的安全优先分级控制,就采用DCS系统实现反应堆保护功能多样性和多样化保护系统(ATWT)的方式进行了分析,提出了反应堆保护系统验证与确认(V&V)的规范要求。
One of the basic design rules for nuclear power plant is using function diversity and facility diversity to avoid common cause failure (CCF). Distributed control system (DCS) used in new and retrofitting nuclear power plant projects will result in great changes of protection and control diversity. The basic specifications of diversified protection and control are introduced. The priority control principles and technological features of the control system are described. The function diversity of reactor protection system and ATWT protection are analyzed using diversified DCS. Some concepts will be helpful to the design. Verification and validation specifications for reactor protection system are suggested as the major quality assurance measures.
