摘要
固体膜对光的吸收系数是一个重要的物理量,布格尔-朗伯(Bouguer-Lambert)定律仅适用于无界面影响的内透射情况。从光的反射和透射谱,运用传递矩阵方法,通过光学常数的计算,可以得到吸收系数的正确值。文中将由此得到的等离子体吡咯聚合膜(双层结构)及其100keVAr+辐照层(三层结构)的吸收系数与由布格尔-朗伯定律直接得到的值进行比较,以了解由界面引起的误差。
The absorption coefficient of solid film is an important quantity. Bouguer Lamberts law is only valid for internal transmittance where no interface effect presents. The correct value on absorption coefficient of film in a pile can be obtained according to the calculation of optical constants by using transfer matrix method from the reflectance and transmittance spectra. According to this method, the absorption coefficients of plasma polymerized pyrrole film (two layer structure) and its 100 keV Ar + irradiated layer (a pile of three layers) have been calculated by us elsewhere. In this communication, we compare it with that obtained from Bouguer Lamberts law to evaluate the error resulting from interfaces.
